Wee Talkers Billing & Refund Policy

Our memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as selected at checkout). By completing your purchase, you agree to automatic renewal at the stated rate until canceled.

Because members receive immediate access to our full digital library of content, all payments are non-refundable.

New Member Grace Period

If you are brand new to Wee Talkers and decide within 7 days of your initial purchase that it’s not the right fit, please email us and we’re happy to review your request. This grace period applies to your first payment only.

Accidental Renewals

If you forget to cancel and are charged for a renewal, contact us within 3 days of the renewal charge date and we can refund the most recent payment. We are unable to refund prior billing cycles.

You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Access will remain available through the end of your current billing period.

Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated through your bank or credit card provider, access to all current and future programs will be immediately revoked. We are unable to issue additional refunds once a dispute has been filed.
